Community Care of North Carolina Inc is seeking a CFSP Care Manager Supervisor in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role oversees care managers, ensures compliant care plans, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, coordinated services.

The supervisor will guide trauma-informed care, manage workflow, and maintain program outcomes while ensuring policy adherence and data security.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level licensure: LCSW, LCMHC, LPA, LMFT, or RN.
• Three years of care management or care coordination experience in child welfare.
• Knowledge of resources for safe community living; CCM cert required.
• Access to EMR/Hospital data systems is required.
• Valid driver’s license with auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned Care Managers and ensure policy-aligned care plans.
• Ensure staff training and adherence to goals, policies, and timelines.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support CFSP care delivery.
• Provide guidance on trauma-informed care and adverse childhood experiences.
• Monitor workload distribution and coverage for vacations or vacancies.
• Serve as Care Management content expert and utilize EMR systems.
