Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Master of Social Services (MSS) required before hire.
• Licensed CSW or MSW in Delaware required before hire.
• Acute Care Social Work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve psycho-social barriers to support discharge needs.
• Collaborate with Utilization Management to assess payer coverage.
