Job summary

Harris Health System in Texas seeks a Manager, Care Management Program Operations (MCMPO) to align and optimize operations across CTI for >250 FTEs. This role partners with the VP to drive performance, standardize processes, and foster system-wide care management initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading cross-department projects, improving data-driven workflows, and coordinating meetings and communications. Requires strong analytical, leadership, and healthcare operations skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing, healthcare, business, public administration, social work, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required
• Associate's degree acceptable
• Diploma / GED acceptable

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across Care Transitions and Integration (CTI) departments to align operations.
• Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and manage projects.
• Develop operational communication tools and standard processes across the system.
• Schedule meetings, document discussions, track action items for CTI leadership.
• Support CTI data, finance, education, and project management needs.
