Harris Health in Texas seeks a Manager, Care Management Program Operations (MCMPO) to align and optimize System Care Management across CTI, including inpatient, ambulatory, and outsourced services. You will lead multi-department projects, schedule leadership meetings, track actions, and support system-wide initiatives.

Strong data, process improvement, and communication skills are essential. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field and Lean Six Sigma certification are preferred, with

• Master's Degree or higher in a related field as listed.
• Bachelor's Degree required; more advanced degrees preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required or to be obtained within 2 years of hire.
• Four years of work experience in a complex healthcare environment.
• Two years of management experience in leadership or supervision.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, review and control operational projects and process improvements across CTI.
• Coordinate meetings, document discussions, and track action items for Care Management leadership.
• Support data, finance, education, and project management needs for System Care Management across CTI.
