Job summary

Harris Health System, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Care Management Program Operations (MCMPO) to serve as a strategic partner to the Vice President, System Care Management, aligning and optimizing CTI operations across departments.  You will drive projects, improve processes, and manage administrative duties to support system-wide initiatives.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a healthcare or related field, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and 4+ years in healthcare with 2+ years in

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a healthcare or business field is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required.
• Minimum four years of work experience in a complex healthcare environment.
• Minimum two years of management/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations across Care Management (>250 FTEs) within CTI.
• Plan, implement, review, and control operational projects and process improvements.
• Develop operational communications and standardize processes across the system.
• Provide admin support: scheduling, documenting discussions, tracking actions, and supply monitoring.
• Collaborate with CTI Business Operations on data, education, and project management needs.
