Qualifications

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician required.

Responsibilities

• Review and document medication histories accurately.
• Track patient adherence using EHR and pharmacy tools.
• Support care transitions by communicating with healthcare providers.
• Assist with medication refills and prior authorizations.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and quality assurance standards.

Skills

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
