Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, cost‑efficient care for all patients served by Mt. Ascutney Hospital.
• Provide oversight of social work, case management, and discharge planning.
• Develop expected patient outcomes and define appropriate resource utilization.
• Collaborate with providers to set goals and assure compliance with regulations and policies.
