Responsibilities

• Conducts weekly Clinical-Financial meetings to monitor high-cost, high-length-of-stay cases.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to problem solve complex patient cases.
• Ensures regulatory and payer requirements are applied to care delivery.
• Provides staff guidance, feedback, and education on competency and performance.
