Job summary

Arosa is a best-in-class national provider of in-home care and care management services seeking a dedicated professional in Burr Ridge, IL. You will assess clients’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs and develop care plans to bring stability and peace of mind.

You’ll engage with professionals across fields—physicians, attorneys, and elder care specialists—while educating communities and coordinating collaborative solutions to support aging clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Educational Minimum Requirement: a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred candidate: Master’s Degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Ability to interface effectively with client support, including family, physicians, attorneys, etc.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Licensure in nursing (LVN/LPN or RN), or other healthcare-related fields is acceptable.
• Minimum two years experience in care management or aging population work.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and their families to assess needs and develop care plans for home and community-based services.
• Be our face in the community: participate in local committees, educate groups, and build professional networks.
