PureHealth is seeking a dedicated dessert production specialist to maintain and set up high-quality dessert items in a post-acute care environment. The role emphasizes consistency, safety, and teamwork within a supportive culinary leadership team.

You will follow recipes with limited supervision, demonstrate knife skills, and help train kitchen staff while ensuring proper labeling, temperatures, and sanitation throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Reliable and consistent with shift adherence.
• Hands-on and able to lead from the front.
• Team-oriented with collaborative spirit.
• Detail-driven with focus on quality and safety.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Produce consistent dessert items following recipes with limited supervision.
• Demonstrate advanced knife skills and cooking techniques.
• Label, date, and rotate products to ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area per Health Department/ ServSafe.
• Train prep cooks and culinary staff daily.
• Record temperatures three times daily.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks.
