Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administration of CARE House.
• Serve as frontline contact for visitors and callers.
• Represent CARE House in the community.
• Maintain the CARE House case tracking system and prepare statistics.
• Plan and assist with team trainings and special events.
• Register clients seen by onsite psychologist, maintain insurance information, and schedule appointments.
• Supervise waiting area for forensic interviews, medical exams, and mental health appointments.
