Front Porch Communities & Services is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Laundry Aide at Spring Lake Village in California. Under supervision, you will perform housekeeping duties to maintain neat resident rooms and common areas, while delivering quality service to residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities include dusting, cleaning, laundry assistance, stocking supplies, and following all safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to residents, families, coworkers and vendors.
• Dust furniture, wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows and sills.
• Vacuum rugs, carpets, draperies, and clean hallways as scheduled.
• Empty trash and maintain waste areas; transport trash to disposal area.
• Perform final cleanings for new residents as needed.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms; assist laundry and linens as assigned.
