Job summary

Front Porch in San Francisco is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Laundry Aide. Working Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, you will maintain the neat and clean appearance of resident rooms and common areas under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor.

This role emphasizes quality customer service to residents, families, coworkers and vendors. Key duties include dusting furniture, washing walls and windows, vacuuming carpets, assisting with laundry, stocking supplies, and reporting maintenance

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in housekeeping or laundry preferred.
• Must provide quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to residents, families, co-workers and vendors.
• Dust furniture; wash walls, ceilings and woodwork, windows and sills.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstery; assist with laundry and linens as assigned.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms; report maintenance needs promptly.
• Follow safety standards and PPE requirements; participate in safety programs.
