Responsibilities

• Check in on admission status for upcoming and previous day admissions.
• Inspect rooms before admission and prepare welcome materials.
• Provide new residents with welcome packets and facility information.
• Explain daily schedule, medications, and therapy delivery to residents and families.
• Assist with transportation, signatures, and care plan documentation.
• Answer phones, address call lights, and keep the facility clean and organized.
