The Housekeeper role at Lexington in ensures a clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will clean public areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms, and maintain a sanitary facility to support overall health and comfort.

You will follow safety protocols, operate cleaning equipment, report safety concerns, and work independently or with a team to meet facility standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain public and common areas (lobbies, restrooms, floors).
• Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Wipe down handrails and remove dirt, dust, and debris from walls, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners; sweep and mop floors.
• Follow safety protocols and operate cleaning equipment per manufacturer instructions.
