Job summary

WOODLAND MANOR NURSING & REHABILITATION seeks an Administrator to oversee all facility operations under the COO. You will ensure resident needs are met, services comply with regulations, and high-quality care is delivered while supporting business goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with management, maintaining safety and sanitation, ensuring staffing adequacy, budgeting, and leading training sessions. Texas license and Bachelor's degree required, with long or irregular hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Administrator in good standing and Texas license.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to interact positively with residents, families, and regulatory agencies.
• Must be able to maintain consistent attendance and work long/irregular hours.
• Experience as an administrator or management experience relevant to responsibilities.
• Must comply with all local health regulations and complete a post-offer health assessment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations to meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with management and consultants to plan operations and delegate responsibilities.
• Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Maintain knowledge of government regulations and QA standards for compliance.
• Manage staffing levels, recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing education.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to optimize census, payor mix, and revenue.
• Build relationships with regulators, residents' families, and the local healthcare community.
• Lead training programs and staff meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
