Overview

The Care Facilitation Coordinator provides administrative support and works closely with other areas of the Care Integration Department by entering authorizations for selected services, distributing faxes and tasks to appropriate team members, screening patients for care integration programs, and other supportive services to meet the needs of the population.

Qualifications
  • HS diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years experience Experience in other clinical settings such as hospital or physicianâ€s office, and/or experience in managed care or Medicaid health plan.

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $20.66/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

Remote Work/Work from Home

This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
