Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Six months staffing agency experience helpful.
• One year office experience a plus.
• Healthcare experience a plus.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure coverage for all shifts.
• Manage schedule changes, including swaps and time-off requests.
• Validate attendance records and timekeeping.
• Monitor EVV data for regulatory compliance and standards.
• Coordinate scheduling with payroll to optimize workforce operations.
• Serve as the contact for caregivers and families on scheduling matters.
• Communicate schedule changes and caregiver updates.
• Engage inactive caregivers to encourage returns to work.
• Collaborate with departments to address staffing needs.
• Analyze staffing levels and plan for peak times.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
