Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience.
• 8 years progressive work experience and 3 years management experience.
• MBA or similar master level education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with clinical leaders to enhance or create workflows that improve the patient experience.
• Implement evidence-based healthcare practices to exceed patient and customer expectations.
• Manage and coordinate care-experience initiatives across digital and physical platforms.
• Apply data-driven methods to monitor key performance indicators and outcomes.
