Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive work experience and 2 years in management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more department functions and manage staff including subordinate supervisors.
• Evaluate and improve department processes while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to support budget processes and improve workflows across delivery settings.
