Job summary

Roots Community Space seeks a Convert Care Coordinator to build and own an ecosystem of care for seekers, new Muslims, and converts. This role emphasizes relational work, belonging, and walking with people through significant transitions in their faith journey.

You’ll design the journey, form partnerships, and lead volunteers to ensure someone is welcomed, supported, and connected to knowledgeable mentors as needed. This is an on-site, full-time position in Dallas.

Responsibilities

• Design the full care journey for seekers, new Muslims, and converts.
• Build partnerships to support the care ecosystem.
• Lead and coordinate a team of volunteers.
• Orchestrate the care system, including onboarding first conversations and referrals.
• Provide introductory conversations and connect seekers to mentors when deeper instruction is needed.
