Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. is seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician to support daily dispensing operations and order processing. This onsite role focuses on accurate data entry, labeling, and customer inquiries, under staff pharmacist review.

Ideal candidates will be registered with the GA Board of Pharmacy, have prior pharmacy experience, and possess strong multitasking and typing skills. Shift is 2:30pm-11:00pm with rotating weekends, onsite only.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
• Must be multi-tasking and reliable.
• Knowledge of SIG-Codes.
• Quick typing skills.
• Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information.
• Generate labels for dispensing.
• Answer phones and respond to order inquiries.
• Clarify orders as needed.
• Triage incoming faxes.
