Sunshine Retirement Living in Pharr, TX is seeking a Supervisor: Executive Director, Maintenance Director, or Housekeeper Lead to uphold standards and present the community positively to residents and guests.

This hourly, non-exempt role emphasizes effective communication, teamwork, safety, and confidentiality, with duties including documenting issues, deep cleaning, and assisting with disaster response when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the country.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety standards and complete duties on schedule.
• Effective written and verbal English communication with residents and staff.
• Pass background, health screening, TB clearance if applicable.
• Team player with a professional, confidential approach.

Responsabilités

• Promptly documents and reports maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Cleans resident apartments and common areas per schedule and checklist.
• Completes required daily documentation (logs, checklists, etc.).
• Removes trash following procedures and maintains a safe environment.
• Deep cleans facilities according to schedule and training.
• Assists with disaster management during evacuations when needed.
• Upholds resident advocacy and provides excellent customer service.
