Sunrise Senior Living in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Lead Housekeeper to supervise daily housekeeping and laundry operations, serving as a working leader to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards across the community.

You will perform duties in resident suites and common areas, monitor performance, assist with training, manage supplies within budget, and enforce infection control and safety protocols to create a welcoming, compliant environment for residents and families.

Responsabilidades

• Perform housekeeping in resident suites, common areas, and offices
• Support laundry operations including sorting, washing, folding, and distribution
• Monitor team performance to ensure quality standards are upheld
• Assist with training and onboarding housekeeping team members
• Order and manage cleaning supplies within budget guidelines
• Ensure chemicals and equipment are stored safely
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety protocols
• Support resident-centered service and respond to requests respectfully
