Nurse Next Door is seeking a Care Designer in Burlingame, CA to drive business results through client experience and caregiver management. You will lead consulting, care planning, and team supervision to deliver exceptional home care services.

Qualifications

• Nursing background is an asset
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
• Strong computer skills with G‑Suite required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Driver's license and car may be needed for mobility

Responsibilities

• Conduct Caring Consults and assess client needs
• Advise clients on appropriate care and aim for 90% conversion
• Lead caregiver management and client care delivery
• Attend First Visits to ensure plan adherence and quality
• Coordinate scheduling with the Care Services Center
• Maintain accurate records and comply with regulations
• Drive revenue and maintain high client satisfaction metrics
• Lead continuous staff development and onboarding
