Qualifications

• Nursing background is an asset.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required.
• Car and valid driver's license required.
• Background check with Vulnerable Sector Search and TB test clearance required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use G-Suite and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Caring Consults and assess client needs.
• Advise clients on appropriate care and achieve a high conversion rate.
• Develop high-quality, innovative customer service and advise during Consults.
• Attend First Visits with caregivers to ensure care plans are executed.
• Lead caregiving team with clear goals and coaching to ensure top client experience.
• Coordinate care and scheduling to meet client requirements and maintain data integrity.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
