Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have veterinary medicine experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care coordinators, including hiring, firing, and evaluating performance; reviewing time reporting and enforcing policies.
• Schedule care coordinators according to staffing needs; serve as a care coordinator when needed.
• Receive client complaints and escalate to Hospital Manager as needed.
• Maintain scheduling information for specialists and changes.
• Count cash and balance daily transactions; balance cash drawer and make change.
