Qualifications

• Requires an RN license (single or multi-state).
• BLS certification is required.
• At least 1 year of acute care nursing experience.
• Demonstrates strong communication, assessment, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be self-directed and capable of functioning under stress.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and community resources.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate discharge planning.
