Responsibilities

You’ll Achieve Success By:

  • Managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Verifying insurance, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to ensure smooth billing and patient access to care.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documents.
  • Answering phone calls, assisting patients, and upholding HIPAA compliance, ensuring a welcoming and professional healthcare experience.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Basic office and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not required.
