Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered case management as part of JBCR team.
• Assist with psychiatric and medication evaluation and management where applicable.
• Deliver CBT-based competency restoration education and skills training.
• Maintain detailed electronic documentation per guidelines.
• Ensure at least 55% of hours are face-to-face and billable.
