Job summary

Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah in West Indianapolis is seeking a compassionate Care Coordinator. You will answer inquiries, convert them into new clients, and create personalized care plans for seniors.

You’ll build strong relationships with clients, families and caregivers, conduct quality assurance visits, and perform client assessments. Additionally, you’ll create social media content weekly and support onboarding new caregivers as part of a collaborative, caring team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience (preferred)
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working some evenings/weekends
