Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and create a positive first impression during every visit.
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments across multiple healthcare services to help patients stay on track with their care plans.
  • Perform appointment reminders, compliance calls, and proactive outreach to support patient engagement and continuity of care.
  • Collect and verify insurance and demographic information accurately to support efficient patient care and claims processing.
  • Assist patients with questions regarding appointments, payments, and next steps in their recovery.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Coordinate with providers and teammates to ensure every patient receives a seamless, well-coordinated experience.
  • Support insurance authorization workflows and follow up on outstanding approvals to reduce delays in care.
  • Help remove barriers to care by proactively identifying scheduling or authorization issues before they impact patients.
  • Maintain an organized, professional front office while supporting efficient clinic operations.
