The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in healthcare, social work, or a related field. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Previous scheduling experience is preferred but not required. Success in this role requires outstanding planning and organizational skills, strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to effectively prioritize competing responsibilities. Candidates must also be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using computers and electronic systems in a professional healthcare setting.
