Responsibilities

• Build genuine, trusting relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners.
• Listen to clients and families, understand concerns, and find solutions.
• Support caregiver onboarding, training, and ongoing supervision to ensure caregivers provide exceptional care.
• Monitor quality and consistency of care and address concerns early.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Arizona regulations, and medical insurance requirements.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Partner with Scheduling, Recruiting, HR, and Operations to keep the care team aligned.
• Identify opportunities to improve client and caregiver experience and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
• Represent TCC with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.

What You'll Do
