Visiting Angels in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a compassionate Care Coordinator to join our homecare team. You will work with caregivers to assess medical needs, develop plans of care, and oversee staffing to ensure high-quality, individualized client support.

The ideal candidate has prior care coordination experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage 20–40 clients while coordinating with physicians, patients and families.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Care Coordinator or similar role preferred
• Certification as a medical assistant preferred
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and prioritize appropriately
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and make sound decisions quickly
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of compassion
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
