Job summary

DrKumo Inc is seeking a dedicated professional to provide RPM and CCM services remotely, coaching patients and helping them navigate the healthcare system. You will enroll patients, manage device logistics, and schedule initial calls while offering strong technical support for medical peripherals.

Ideal candidates have a medical assistant background (or LVN/LPN), solid communication skills, and experience with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Medical Assistant, LVN/LPN or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, electronic health records) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Bilingual: English and Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese, Spanish, French or other languages.

• Provide patient support via health and lifestyle coaching,assistance navigating the healthcare system and as a liaison with theirhealth care provider.
• Assist with patient enrollment, including account setup, devicelogistics, and scheduling initial setup calls.
• Provide technical support for our medical peripherals,troubleshooting, and ensuring proper functionality.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customerinteractions, technical issues, and resolutions.
• Identify and escalat priority issues per defined protocols tothe appropriate stakeholders.
• Participate in projects (e.g., quality assurance, productfeedback) to support company-wide goals.
• Perform other assigned tasks that contribute to the team'ssuccess and the company’s overall growth.
