Mayo Clinic in Phoenix/Scottsdale is hiring a Care Management Assistant (CMA) to support care coordination and transition planning. You will interact with patients, families, and staff, providing administrative support to RNs and social workers.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior admin experience, strong computer and communication skills, and a commitment to quality care. Experience in healthcare and insurance is preferred; eligibility for pre-tax savings and retirement benefits are

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in an administrative or business setting.
• Proficient computer skills across MS Office and data handling.
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Insurance and prior authorization experience preferred.
• Two years’ administrative experience preferred.
• CMA experience preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Care Management services and assist RNs and social workers.
• Interact with patients, families and visitors; provide administrative support.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams and external providers.
• Demonstrate initiative, be proficient, and have strong decision-making and organizational skills.
