Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role; specifically managing client- or patient-facing team members OR 1+ year of experience as a Care Coordinator within the OhioRISE program or a comparable care coordination role.
• Proficient with service delivery and case management fundamentals preferred
• Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to assigned staff, including hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating personnel.
• Assure fiscal accountability of all assigned programs; ensure services are documented and budgeting and billing requirements are met.
• Ensure integrity of program delivery, compliance with standards, and development of program outcome measures.
