OhioGuidestone is seeking an experienced health-services leader to oversee department operations and drive the integration of behavioral health with primary care across centers in Ohio. Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Health with state-approved license and experience.
• 5+ years in behavioral health care leading teams, supervision of Administrative and Clinical roles, and budget oversight.
• Ability to achieve objectives collaboratively with other functional areas.

Responsabilités

• Oversee department operations to ensure effective and compliant service delivery.
• Lead integration of primary care and behavioral health services within Health Center.
• Develop and execute strategic operating plans with Regional VP and align with organizational goals.
• Manage budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and financial oversight.
• Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to address regional needs.
• Promote clinical/service excellence and staff/patient satisfaction through targeted interventions.
• Ensure compliance with Standards of Conduct, COA, EAGLE, and regulatory requirements.
• Support recruitment and retention of a culturally diverse team and coach staff.
