Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating patient procedure and surgical schedules.
• Communicate with patients, physicians and departments to manage add-ons and emergencies.
• Handle pre-procedure test scheduling and clearances; register patients and enter data.
• Provide information to Insurance Verification for authorizations as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and support quality improvement processes.
