Logan Regional Medical Center, LLC is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate and schedule diagnostic and therapeutic procedures across multiple hospital departments, acting as a liaison between physician offices and hospital units to ensure accurate, timely, and patient-centered scheduling.

This role supports efficient clinical workflows, maintains logs, verifies patient information, and communicates equipment needs and schedule changes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Schedule diagnostic, interventional, and therapeutic procedures across departments.
• Collect, verify, and input referral and patient information accurately.
• Coordinate schedules to ensure continuity of care and optimal utilization.
• Maintain daily logs of scheduled procedures and pre-admission testing.
• Communicate equipment needs and schedule changes to staff.
• Provide courteous, professional communication with staff, physicians, and patients.
