Responsibilities

• Lead the care coordination process within an assigned territory, balancing patient and physician needs with program requirements.
• Assess physicians’ needs and develop proactive action plans to prevent therapy delays, coordinating patient information with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on reimbursement processes, insurance plans, and financial assistance programs, assisting with approvals/denials and copay support.
• Provide education to patients and healthcare providers on insurance requirements, therapy initiation, and information relevant to diseases and products.
