Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and responds to incoming calls from referral sources and clients; consults with Director of Clinical Management.
• Completes referrals by setting up pre-screening assessments and preparing case proposals and pre-admission paperwork.
• Oversees, directs and supervises field staff assigned to assist with pre-screening.
• Consults with third party representatives regarding client benefit coverage and reimbursement procedures.
• Maintains relationships with referral sources and payer managers; provides outcome summaries to management.
