Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs a variety of routine clerical activities and assists case managers with paperwork and files.
• Coordinates with outside agencies, monitors case statuses and gathers relevant information for processing.
• Gathers pertinent information from insurance carriers and other staff to ensure patient benefit coverage for post-discharge services.
• Prioritizes placement requests and assists with post-acute service arrangements and coordination.
