Job summary

SuperCare Health is seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate respiratory care services and drive business development in home health settings. You will engage with patients, families, physicians, and referral sources to ensure seamless delivery of durable medical equipment and respiratory services.

The role emphasizes coordinating care plans, educating patients, and achieving sales targets to support company growth in the California market.

Qualifications

Graduate from accredited RT Care Program and be licensed as an RCP.
Strong customer service and communication skills with patients and families.
Ability to coordinate care across hospital, home health, and referrals.
Experience in selling or presenting to physicians, home health agencies, and hospitals.

Responsibilities

Coordinate delivery details of DME and respiratory items to hospital rooms and homes.
Consult with patients/families on receiving DME to reduce home deliveries when possible.
Instruct patients and caregivers on proper use of DME and respiratory equipment.
Communicate with physicians on changes in patient condition and care plans.
Meet monthly sales goals and drive revenue through referrals and product presentations.
Maintain inventories and coordinate pre-authorizations and service coordination with healthcare providers.
