Job summary

Nurse Next Door Home Care Services seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care to private clients in the Victoria area. Join a team that values care, growth, and community impact.

Role involves meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and following the client's care plan. English communication required; bilingual skills are a plus. Evening and weekend visits may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year previous caregiving experience.
• Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
• Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check.
• Must be able to legally work in the United States to apply for this position.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must have Smartphone accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or companionship and personal care.
• Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.
• Meet client safety needs and use equipment safely and properly.
• Act within your experience and knowledge while practicing safely and competently.
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Service the Victoria and surrounding areas.
• Be available for all visit times, including weekdays and weekends.
