Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role, starting November 2, 2026. You will handle high-priority and routine calls, provide compassionate support, and document interactions in real-time while maintaining confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, typing speed of 35 WPM, and experience in customer service or healthcare settings. Weekend availability, remote-ready setup, and a commitment to quality care are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience in a contact center or healthcare setting preferred.
• Weekend availability and flexibility with hours may be required.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM or faster expected.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with calm demeanor.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time databases.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure records accuracy.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively discuss preventative health services with members.
• Handle sensitive materials with strict confidentiality.
• Talk and type concurrently while navigating multiple screens.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
