Job summary

Spira Care is seeking a Manager, Care Center to plan, organize and direct all activities within the Care Center. You will supervise member flow, resolve issues, and lead staff to deliver exceptional patient-focused care.

The role requires overseeing staffing, inventory, scheduling, payroll, and compliance, while acting as on-site escalation for Care Center decisions and emergencies. You will drive continuous improvement of processes and member experience within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, operations/management or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Maintain licensures and certifications throughout employment.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records system and clinical workflows.
• Familiarity with health insurance.
• Demonstrate competence in building high performing teams.
• Vaccination requirements as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Hire and retain competent staff and conduct performance appraisals.
• Mentor staff and foster knowledge sharing and collaboration in health care needs.
• Develop team adaptability to ambiguous environments.
• Lead by example and support organizational goals for Spira Care.
• Provide high level of customer service through incoming calls, in-person interactions, and outreach.
• Identify experience trends and implement corrective actions for member experience.
