Job summary

Spira Care is seeking a Manager, Care Center to lead daily operations and patient-focused care within our center. You will direct staff, optimize member flow, and ensure service excellence in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will mentor teams, uphold regulatory and policy standards, and oversee clinical workflows, inventory, scheduling and payroll to support high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; focus in health care administration, nursing, operations/management or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in a healthcare setting.
• Maintain licensures and certifications throughout employment.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records system and clinical workflows.
• Familiarity with health insurance.
• Demonstrate competence in building high performing teams.
• Spira Care has vaccination requirements as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct all activities within the Care Center.
• Coordinate, supervise and direct member flow and issue resolution.
• Lead staffing, performance appraisals and coaching.
• Develop team adaptability and maintain core values.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, payroll and policy compliance.
• Review and revise clinical policies and procedures.
• Manage projects and competing priorities for smooth operations.
• Serve as on-site escalation point for Care Center decisions.
