Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a compassionate caregiver at Evergreen Retirement Community in Cincinnati, OH. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor medications reminders, and provide emotional and social support to promote independence and dignity.

We value teamwork, reliability, and the ability to respond calmly in stressful situations. CNA or CHHA license may be required by state, with daily log documentation and supervisor communication.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in senior care is preferred.
• Proficiency in English to communicate with residents and staff.
• May require CNA/CHHA license depending on state.
• Able to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort services and other activities of daily living.

• You are compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
• You have the ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in high stress situations.
• You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
